Ordering & Delivery
Once an order is placed you will receive an email notification confirming your order and when it will be due for shipping depending on whether it is in stock or made to order.
Made to order items will normally take around 4 weeks from order date to shipping date. We will endeavour to accommodate any specific time-sensitive requests and of course notify you if there are any unforeseen delays our end.

All our items are individually wrapped using tissue paper and eco packaging bags all with the utmost care and attention to detail. If the item is a gift please get in touch and we will add an extra Hanova Studio flourish.

TRACKED 24 for all orders £100 and over. Orders under £100 ship for £5
If you prefer Special Delivery Next Day – please get in touch and we will first need to advise if the item is in stock and available for immediate delivery. Special Delivery by 1pm next day is £10
I offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International delivery times vary depending on destination. General estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. Packing and delivery cost will be confirmed with your order
Please remember if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment.

All EU & Worldwide dispatches may be subject to customs and excise duties
All parcels will be dispatched either Tracked and or Signed for. If you are local to Brighton you can, of course, collect in person.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back within 14 days of receipt with the enclosed returns form unworn, unwashed and in the exact same condition, you received them with all packaging. I recommend a Signed for or Tracked return service as we cannot guarantee refunds on lost or damaged items. I will endeavour to refund your account within 14 days.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please email email@example.com or give us a call and we can confirm if we have your size in stock and reserve it for you until we receive your original order back.
